Our  Services

M-5 Inc, is a small group home agency in Chester County that provides care for eleven intellectually disabled adults.  These adults live in 3 different houses, and during most awake hours there is a 2:3 ratio of staff to residents.  During the day most of the residents attend a ‘day program’.  The few residents that stay home during the day are retired.  The services we provide range from assistance (full or partial) of ADL's, grocery shopping, medication administration, outings, incontinence care, behavioral support, medical support, etc. M-5 has a nurse on duty 24/7.  We welcome family and friends visitation, as well as outings with friends and family.
